History
Michel Renaud began his career selling insurance 25 years ago in Sainte-Foy. In 1993 he joined the team of Eugène Lavoie Inc. as vice president. He acquired the firm with three partners in 1997.
In the years that followed, Michel Renaud continued his career in insurance, eventually founding his own firm. An entrepreneur at heart, he was driven by a desire to create enjoyable working conditions and serve clients according to his own beliefs and values. In 2009 the firm had five motivated employees. It has been growing ever since, with an average annual increase of 20% in premium volume.
In 2019 Renaud joined Synex Business Performance to expand its range of products and services and tap into the strength of a large pan-Canadian financial group while continuing to provide highly personalized service.
